Buyer will need to bear all shipping charges from USA to Malaysia.
SHIPPING FROM USA TO MALAYSIA
Buyer can choose to use either USPS Express Mail or USPS Priority Mail.
USPS Express Mail : takes 5 - 7 working days
USPS Priority Mail : takes 8 - 12 working days
USPS Express Mail is slightly more expensive than USPS Priority Mail. However, USPS Express Mail takes shorter delivery time and insurance is provided for orders worth $100 and above. Whereas USPS Priority Mail takes longer delivery time and insurance is excluded.
Normally we will encourage buyers to use USPS Express Mail for shipping. But final decision is still up to the buyer.
For personal order, buyer will decide the shipping method he/she prefers. Parcel will be sent directly from my USA side to your doorstep.
For spree order, shipping will be made via USPS Express Mail. Parcel will be sent from my USA side to my house. I will sort out all the items, pack accordingly and send them to buyers through Pos Laju delivery.
MALAYSIAN CUSTOMS
Once the items reached Malaysia, they will be subject to inspection by the Malaysian Customs, which we called Custom Clearance. Custom Clearance usually takes about a week. And sometimes can stretch to two weeks during peak seasons like Chinese New Year and Hari Raya.
